The Allen Park Music
Program has now joined the Meijer Community Rewards Program. This
program generates income for the music department's general fund every
time our supporters use their Meijer guest card or Meijer credit
card.
You can join the Meijer
Community Rewards program in one of three easy ways:
* In the store - Join when you apply
for a Meijer Credit Card! If
you're approved for instant credit, you'll start earning
rewards
the same day with your Meijer Credit Card Temporary Shopping
Pass.* If your supporters already have a Meijer Credit Card,
they
just call 1-800-962-7011 to join Meijer Community Rewards!
* Internet - Join online at
http://www.meijer.com/rewards/.
Your new Meijer Guest Card will arrive within 2 weeks.
* Paper application - Join by completing the paper
application
and mailing it in. Your Meijer Guest Card will arrive in 3
weeks.
Please emphasize that if your members do not completely and
accurately fill out the application, they will not get a card.
All fields in BOLD are required, including birth date and phone
number.
We will have our complete
kit in about a week, which will include paper applications and further
explanation. In the meantime, you can immediately sign up for this
program using the above-described methods. If you already have a
Meijer Credit Card or Meijer Guest Card,

other family members, friends, alumni, etc. to joint this program
also. The more money our supporters spend at Meijers, the higher our
reward will be.
