Student Officer Duties
Band and Choir
President
Will attend all board and general booster meetings.
Will work directly with the Adult Booster president.
Will present all information obtained at meetings to the student body.
Will present all requests and questions from the student body to the adult
board.
Will set up a budget with the student treasurer and adhere to it.
Will not spend any money without permission of the adult board.
Will keep all receipts and turn over to adult treasurer for reimbursement.
Will work hand in hand with the student and adult board.
Will miss no more than (2) meetings. Please call the Adult president if
you should be absent. More than two misses may result in removal.
Will take this position seriously and remain focused to serve the student body.
Vice-President
Will attend all board and general booster meetings.
Will work directly with the President of the student boosters.
Will present all information obtained at meetings to the student body.
Will present all requests and questions from the student body to the adult
board.

Will determine what fundraisers the students would like to participate in for
the general student account.
Secretary
Will attend all board and general booster meetings.
Will work directly with the President of the student boosters.
Makes appointments, or schedules events.
Will keep minutes from all meetings.
Will send any cards or letters.
Will present all information obtained at meetings to the student body.
Will present all requests and questions from the student body to the adult
board.
Will set up a budget with the student treasurer and adhere to it.
Will not spend any money without permission of the adult board.
Will keep all receipts and turn over to adult treasurer for reimbursement.

Will remain in contact with the Adult booster
treasurer to check student general account balances.
Will communicate the student general account balance to the other student
officers and student ensemble members.
